At Denestzy, we strive to deliver your home decor and improvement products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
 United Kingdom (Mainland)
 Northern Ireland
 European Union (Selected Countries)

Note: We do not currently ship to remote islands, PO boxes, or addresses outside our service areas.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 5-7 business days before shipping.

3. International Shipping (EU Only)

  • Standard EU Shipping: 5-10 business days (£8.99)

  • Express EU Shipping: 3-5 business days (£14.99)

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes based on their country’s regulations.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Track your package via the carrier’s website (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, etc.).


5. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days at sales@denestzy.com for assistance.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

We will contact you to reship (additional fees may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.

7. Change of Address or Cancellations

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Order cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t been processed.
